Our Brut Champagne comes from the Aube Valley, an area just southwest of the heart of Champagne. Here, the climate is slightly warmer, featuring clay and limestone soils. Vineyards are scattered on rolling hills of forests, farms and streams and the region is dominated by grower-producers looking make unique wines with distinct character.

70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Meunier

Tasting Notes Crisp and bubbly with aromas of honeycrisp apples, fresh pear and lemon. The wine is delightfully effervescent with flavors of honey, melon and bready dough.
